About NewCD

This list is exclusively for announcements of new Folk and Acoustic music album releases. Labels and self-produced artists can send their announcements to newcd, and people who like to hear about new albums can subscribe (in Message or Digest form) and stay informed. The list is also archived, so non-subscribers can check what's new and look up older releases. To join, visit http://grassyhill.org/newcd and enter your email, or send mail to newcd-request@grassyhill.org with a subject of subscribe. Please submit only plain text announcements for now - no HTML - until we are sure that members can handle the stronger stuff. Using NewCD

To post a message to all the list members, send email to newcd@grassyhill.org. You do not need to be a subscriber in order to submit an announcement. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.

Subscribing to NewCD

Subscribe to NewCD by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a hidden list, which means that the members list is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   You must enter a privacy password. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use valuable passwords! NewCD Subscribers

The subscribers list is only available to the list administrator.
