[FM] re: Falcon Ridge/Winterhawk

I want to clear up something re: Falcon Ridge/Winterhawk.  The story is this: 
 Howard Randall and Mary Doub were partners years ago on the Winterhawk 
Bluegrass Festival.  They have since parted ways and Howard has been doing a 
wonderful job of nurturing the Falcon Ridge Folk festival to its current 
success while Mary continued the Winterhawk Bluegrass Fest bringing it to ITS 
further success.  Howard was the one who gave Winterhawk its name and wants 
to be able to use the Winterhawk name as his.  Therefore Mary Doub will 
continue the festival she runs every year the third weekend of July with a 
new name:  GREY FOX BLUEGRASS FESTIVAL.  It will be in the same location:  
The Rothvoss Farm in Ancramdale, NY with Ron Thomason and Dry Branch Fire 
Squad hosting.  To my knowledge, Howard will have a festival called 
Winterhawk 2000 at the same site as the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival.  I will 
let Howard or Ann post more info on that festival.  I'm sure it will be a 
great one as well, with a different slant than what Mary's doing.  

This year's dates for the Grey Fox Bluegrass Festival are Thurs-Sun, July 
13-16th.  The early bird deadline for full festival tickets with camping is
