  I was all set to defend Tom Neff's honor to the death (which is a lot more 
than he ever did*)   when Mr. Bauman's post made me re-think my position.  I 
live in a town that tends to ignore its own, so I will now try to build some 
consensus for the Rochester Area Music awards...

                                                  ...that's right folks, the 
RAMMIES.  

   Only question is, if you knew I wanted to give you a Rammie, would you 
take it?
