[FM] WUMB Online Problems

I also understand Pat, or other persons have some complaints about our
responsiveness to people sending email to webmaster@bostondial.com.  I save
every message, and while it is never impossible that a message could be
lost, I have responded to every message we've received about BostonDial.  I
can only guess that perhaps the people complaining are sending to
webmaster@wumb.org by mistake.
