Jory performed at my house concert series tonight to a very enthusiastic
audience.  He was an absolute delight to host and an excellent performer.
Jory is a young Canadian with two CDs and plans for
a new one in the fall.  He has a mellow traditional sound with thoughtful
lyrics and pleasing melodies as well as entertaining stories.  Check him

I've thought a lot lately about what makes a good house concert performer
and have decided that a friendly personality is almost as important as
