I'm sending this just a bit early, because I booked the show recently
and so I couldn't start spreading the word last month.  Tom's a
fantastic songwriter and a warm performer.  Hope to see you here!

There are very few songwriters these days who can move from pop ballad
to R&B groove to folk narrative, from country shuffle to rock to
gospel soul without stumbling.  Tom Kimmel can.  He has had over 60 of
his songs recorded by major label artists, from the Byrds' Roger
McGuinn & Chris Hillman to Randy Travis, and from Linda Ronstadt to
Johnny Cash.  After two critically praised major label pop/rock
releases, Tom began performing as a solo act.  Stressing a lean,
acoustic-centered approach to his music he brings an engaging,
poignant and humorous spirit to his poetry and storytelling.
