Hi FMDigest and FA folks!
I've kept my head in the sand the last few months, deliberately I think,
while the Canada FA conference and gorilla showcases have been gearing up.
(Had I done my own usual gear up and "planning", I'd have started worrying in
July, and I'd be a wreck by Feb :-) Subconsiously or not, I have concerts
booked in Portland the weekend prior, so I'm routed perfectly to go north
after that. I'd love to play at FA if I make it over the border. Any leads
to gorilla slots would be very welcome.

"...heard you on the KFOG acoustic Sunday morning show ...bagging groceries
and an Etch-A-Sketch. Two of my historical accomplishments--dig the tunes."
-- Tony Bennett
"I don't know what's best about this CD - Michael McNevin's music or his Etch
A Sketch drawings that accompany each song. McNevin is a singer-songwriter of
the highest order...
--Acoustic Guitar Magazine
"Michael is one of folk music's best kept secrets. His first album,
"Secondhand Story" is still one of my favorites, and "Sketch" firmly
establishes Michael as a songwriter to be reckoned with. His voice is
hypnotic, his guitar playing superb, production perfect. Get this disk."
--Christine Lavin
I hope its alright to post this here. Take care everybody, and if I don't see
you, it means I'm on the Oregon coast, or I'm visiting my Mom in Weaverville.
Thanks and all the best!
