The 3rd annual Southwest (and now Southeast also) Regional Conference is
happening Sept 5 - 8, 2002. We are again gathering at the Y.O. Ranch Resort
Hotel in Kerrville Texas (about an hour from San Antonio TX).
Our registration deadline for the $175 rate has been extended to August 2nd.
This rate includes 2 Dinners and 3 Lunches and three days of seminars, exhibit
hall and showcases, official and in room. For further information or to

This Conference has proved to be a special and important event for the music
business: the new panel on Music in Film and Television and our first about
Music in Schools, the discovery of great artists - Groovelily, The Waybacks
and Dan Pelletier to mention only a few, and of course the connection and
fellowship on a smaller scale which allows for a less frantic pace and more
one on one communication. Please feel free to call and talk to me if you have

networking opportunity and it's also FUN!


The  program (81/2x11) ad deadline is Aug. 1st.  $125 full , $75 half, $45
quarter page.
We are also looking for some sponsors for the hospitality for the open mikes,
cocktail party, and the coffee service. (This turned out to be one of the
biggest expenses for the Conference) If  you or anyone you know might be
interested in being a sponsor, their name or company name will be listed in
the Program and/or on a banner.  If we have several, each one would be
