[FM] Baltimore Songwriters Festival

The Baltimore Songwriters Association is 5 years old this month.  To
celebrate, we hold an annual concert.  This year the concert has grown
into a day-long music festival.  Here are the details:

Patterson Park Avenue, between Lombard and Pratt Streets
