[FM] Montana Performing Arts Consortium

I wanted to spread the word about the Montana Performing Arts 
Consortium.  Its a very small version of a regional Folk Alliance 
type thing.  Here are the details for this year.  Havre is about 5 
hours northeast of Missoula (they say it'll be in either Missoula or 
Great Falls next year).

>MPAC's next Artist Showcase and conference will be January 31 - February
>2, 2003, in Havre, MT.  There are 17 artists who will showcase and have
>booths in the exhibit hall.  There will also be a few artists with booths
